How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  

Are your oils pure?

All of our essential oils are 100% pure, undiluted, and contain no synthetic chemicals or extenders. We purchase only from reputable distillers who use the latest testing methods to ensure purity.

How come your oils are so inexpensive compared to other companies?

We started our company in 1997 when we realized how much essential oils are marked up for retail sale. We buy in larger quanities and keep our markup low to make aromatherapy more affordable for everyone.

What are fragrance oils?

Fragrance oils are used for general fragrancing purposes - perfumes, potpourri, candles, soaps, and diffusing for the scent only. They do not have any therapeutic uses, except that certain odors may elicit emotional benefits. Our fragrance oils contain both synthetic and natural components and should not be confused with pure essential oils.   Note:  Fragrance oils are not for direct skin use.  They must be diluted into a base of lotion, oil, soap, shampoo or alcohol.

Is this site secure for credit card transactions?

We use a secure server for all transactions containing personal or credit card information. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is used to encrypt the data avoiding the potential for others to obtain your personal info. You can verify that the data is encrypted by looking for a closed padlock symbol on your browser. AOL will not show this symbol, but will open an "encrypted data with valid server authentication" message. This message will pop up unless the user has disabled this feature on their preference page. Regardless the information is protected. You can also examine the URL at the top of the page. It will show 'https://' versus the regular 'http://' Should you not see any of the above indications of a secure transaction (once you enter the orderform), we recommend that you phone in your order.

How are your oils packaged?

All of our essential oils (5ml, 10ml, 30ml, & 100ml) are packaged in cobalt blue glass bottles with a white orifice reducer (dripper) cap.   4 and 8 oz sizes are bottled in cobalt blue glass bottles with white phenolic caps (chemical resistant) and cone liners.   Carrier oils are bottled in cobalt blue plastic with a white pop-top dispenser cap.

How to get Samples or a free Catalog?

You can e-mail us at oneplanet@oneplanetnatural.com with your mailing address and sample requests. We allow 3 free samples with order. Without order - 3 for $0.50.   To keep costs down and avoid raising our prices, One Planet no longer offers printed catalogs. You may either e-mail, or call with payment information. How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days by Priority Mail (typically 3-5 days transit time).

What if an item is backordered?

All out of stock items typically ship within 1 week. No additional shipping charges.

How do I change my information in my account?

Click on the 'Service' link on the upper left of the page.
Click 'Account History' and enter your e-mail and password.
Click on your name, this will link you to your current account information.
