Business Area: We ship to all 50 U.S. States, U.S. Territories, APO Boxes, and Canada. Orders outside this area will be shipped on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Methods and Rates: Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped USPS Priority (3-4 days to most locations). Please call for details. Shipping is typically $4.75 - $5.95 for USPS Priority.

Back Orders: Most orders are shipped with 1-2 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will ship it when it is available (no additional shipping charges to you). If a long delay is expected, we will contact you giving you the option of continuing the backorder, or canceling the item.

Changes to Orders: Orders are processed as they are placed. Any changes to orders after being processed are subject to new shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments: Make sure to inspect the general condition of the package when accepting it. In the event you do receive a damaged shipment, notify the delivery person. Call or e-mail One Planet to notify us of the damage and we will make every effort to send you a replacement item.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our products, call or e-mail us to obtain a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. There is a 10% return fee, unless it is our error. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Repackage the products and return to One Planet. Once we receive the items, you will receive a refund immediately. Returned products cannot be resold, so please choose your products carefully and it's always better to go with a smaller size if you're not sure. All returns must be completed within 10 days of receiving your order.

Fragrance oils are sold for general fragrancing purposes (soaps, toiletries, potpourri,...). They should never be used undiluted on the skin (i.e. 1-2% dilution). Please see our FYI section for info on what fragrance oils can be used in a particular application. All application of Essential oils/Fragrance oils for commercial purposes is at the risk of the user.
